1 Do I need to register for the event?

Yes, you’ll need to complete our registration form and purchase your ticket to gain access to VertFest. Once registered, you’ll receive your login details for our event platform.

Your information will only be used to manage your VertFest experience — including ticket confirmation, event updates, and sending your access links. We will never share your data with third parties without your permission.

Yes, you can access VertFest from most modern browsers on desktop, tablet, or mobile. For the best experience during live streams and meet-and-greets, we recommend using Chrome or Safari with a stable internet connection.

Tickets are $50 per attendee. We’ve kept the price as low as possible to make VertFest accessible while covering platform and tech costs and fairly compensating creatives.

Due to the online nature of VertFest — and the fact that all sessions will be recorded and available on-demand — all ticket purchases are non-refundable.

Tickets for both group and 1-to-1 meet-and-greets will be released at the end of July 2025. Spaces are limited and will be sold on a first-come, first-served basis.

All VertFest panels and events will be available on-demand until 30 September 2025, so you can watch or rewatch sessions at your convenience.

Your ticket includes access to all live panels, trivia and social events, plus the ability to watch all replays on-demand until 30 September 2025. Meet-and-greets and any merchandise are optional extras.

Before the event, you’ll receive full instructions on how to log into our event platform. You’ll find the schedule, panel links, and meet-and-greet bookings all in one place.

Yes! Most panels will have a Q&A function where you can submit your questions to be answered by creatives live.

We are working to include captions for all main sessions to make VertFest as accessible as possible.

Yes, you can purchase tickets for another attendee. Simply use their name and email address when filling out the registration form.
